Text of Data Processing Agreement: 

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent to personal data processing by TEMP LLC: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name, as described below, blocking, depersonalization, and destruction. 

TEMP LLC guarantees confidentiality of information received. Personal data will be processed in order to ensure efficient fulfillment of orders, contracts and other obligations assumed by TEMP LLC as binding. 

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the title holder, distributor, or reseller of the software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. TEMP LLC guarantees that the title holder, distributor, or reseller of the software will protect personal data on terms similar to those set out in the Personal Data Confidentiality Policy. 

This consent shall apply to the following personal data of yours: full name, e-mail address, postal address for order delivery, contact phone No., and payment details. 

The consent shall be valid for an unlimited period. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the following address: office 209, 37SHCH Professora Popova str., Saint Petersburg, 197136 Russia, marked "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". 

Please note that withdrawing your consent to personal data processing will entail deleting your account from the website (https://tem-partner.ru) and destroying the records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of TEMP LLC, which may make it impossible to use TEMP LLC's Internet services. 

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable and that no current legislation of the Russian Federation or legitimate rights or interests of any third parties are violated by submitting the information. All the information provided has been filled in by me and about myself personally. 

This consent shall be valid for the entire period of personal data storage, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
